THE ACTIVITY: Whether you’re planning a private chocolate and wine tasting for friends, a corporate event, or a unique culinary experience for your group, this guided session offers an engaging, memorable, and delicious way to connect over two of life’s greatest pleasures: chocolate and wine. This fun, interactive, and informative chocolate event for small groups (maximum 20 people) explores the intricacies of the flavors inherent in fine chocolate and wine and how to combine the flavors of these two luxury items.
The guided tasting progresses with hand-picked selections of several high-quality yet approachable wines paired with several premium chocolates of varying cacao percentages. You will discuss the flavor profiles of the wines and chocolates together and learn the concepts of good pairing and pairing pitfalls. Along the way, Chef Zach will engage the group with fun, sensory-based tasting challenges and interactive flavor discussions that make the experience both educational and entertaining.
The tasting ends with a handmade pavé bonbon made by Chef Zach using one of the tasting chocolates.

PRICE: $649* minimum, covering up to 20 people. All materials, chocolates, wines provided, including tasting cups. (Chef Zach holds a TABC Sellers/Servers Certificate. TABC requires legal age of participants be verified.)
