TTHE ACTIVITY: Whether you’re planning a private chocolate and wine tasting for friends, a corporate event, or a unique culinary experience for your group, this guided session offers an engaging, memorable, and delicious way to connect over two of life’s greatest pleasures: chocolate and wine. This fun, interactive, and informative chocolate event for small groups (maximum 20 people) explores the intricacies of the flavors inherent in fine chocolate and wine and how to combine the flavors of these two luxury items.
The guided tasting progresses with hand-picked selections of four pairings, including high-quality yet approachable wines of various styles with premium chocolates with varying cacao percentages. You will discuss the flavor profiles of the wines and chocolates together and learn the concepts of good pairing and pairing pitfalls. Along the way, Chef Zach will engage the group with fun, sensory-based tasting challenges and interactive flavor discussions that make the experience both educational and entertaining.
In addition to the chocolates, the tasting also includes two of Chef Zach’s handmade pavé bonbons made with the tasting chocolates. For an extra holiday treat, participants are also gifted with santa hats and a recipe for Chef Zach’s vin chaud (warm winter wine) printed on a glossy recipe card to take home.

PRICE: $685** minimum, covering up to 20 people. All materials, chocolates, wines provided, including tasting cups. (Chef Zach holds a TABC Sellers/Servers Certificate. TABC requires legal age of participants be verified. All participants must be 21 years or older).

**A $15 trip charge will be added for distances between 10 and 15 miles from 1626 Banbury LN, Carrollton, TX 75006-5202, or between $25 and $65+ for distances greater than 15 miles, depending on location within the DFW metroplex and surrounding areas. If applicable, any unavoidable parking/valet fees will also be applied.Credit/Debit cards can be processed over the phone to avoid the booking fee.
